Production Process

Texin will work closely with our customer, and customer can enquire about all the information about the printing & packaging services. Here are Eight Steps of how to proceed with the production of packaging, showing our customers the whole process from initial works to finished products.

Six Steps of how to make a packaging bag (Based on Gravure printing methods):

●Customer works out the physical size of bags.
●Texin will work out a dieline/template for the artwork design.
●Make the artwork ready according to the customers' requirements..
●Printed proof - once customer confirm the artworks, Texin pre-press will work out the colors targets and send a printed proof to customer for printing confirmation.
●Once printed proof approved, Texin make the cylinders for printing.
●Start with printing, slitting, cutting and pouch making into pieces (if it is required), packing and arrange shipping.

Seven Steps of how to make a shrink labelss (Based on Gravure printing methods):

●Customer sends in the container that is to be labeled by shrink labels (bottle, flask, jar, etc).
●Texin work out the exact sizes with the container by a shrink test.
●Texin will work out a dieline/template for the artwork design.
●Make the artwork ready according to the customers' requirements..
●Printed proof - once customer confirm the artworks, Texin pre-press will work out the colors and send a printed proof to customer for printing confirmation.
●Once printed proof approved, Texin make the cylinders for printing.
●Start with printing, slitting, cutting into pieces (if it is required), packing and arrange shipping.
